With years of experience, industry awards, recognition and various other accolades, they are the driving force that keeps MIM ahead of the ever-changing industry.

Martin Reidy

President & CEO of Meredith Integrated Marketing

Martin's role within Meredith Integrated Marketing is to provide leadership, facilitate integration of the current portfolio of services, and aggressively expand MIM's capabilities. Martin has a significant role in contributing to strategy development for Meredith's National Media Group and he is also responsible for developing Meredith's strategy in the digital space across all Meredith media platforms and businesses.

Martin joined Meredith from Publicis, where he served as President and CEO of Publicis Modem & Dialog. He joined Publicis in 2004 as President and CEO of Digitas West, and was later named President and CEO of Digitas Modem Media. Under Martin's leadership, Publicis Modem built up a global digital network in 40 markets with 1,200 employees, grew its b-to-b business by more than 30% in 2006, and was named interactive agency of record for HP's Technology Solutions Group and Personal Systems Group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Publicis, Martin spent seven years as President and CEO of R/GA Interactive, part of the Interpublic Group. He started his career with international management consulting leader Bain & Company, rising to Partner before leaving to become Senior Vice President of EMI Music.

Martin earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma and first in his class. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley.

Frank Gallon

Chief Administrative Officer

Frank Gallon joined Meredith Integrated Marketing in 2009 as the Chief Administrative Officer. He is responsible for overall budget management, investments and business administration for the MIM portfolio. Prior to joining MIM, Frank worked at The Nitro Group where he served as the Global Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Nitro as Global Chief Operating Officer, Frank was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Modem Media in March 2006. In this role, he led a major marketing and advertising agency with over 2,500 employees in 50+ countries. He was the day-to-day company leader, managing the global P&L, and directing operations worldwide. As a member of the company's executive leadership team, Gallon also worked closely with agency leaders to ensure that operational and financial strategies were in line with Modem Media's business goals.

Before joining Modem Media, Frank was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at R/GA. He joined R/GA in 1995 when the company was a commercial studio focused on digital production. A few years later R/GA transitioned into becoming an interactive agency. At R/GA he managed and supervised over +550 employees and directing all aspects of operations; finance, administration, human resources and recruiting to support a client roster that included: AOL Time Warner, Nike, Ticketmaster, Nokia, Intel, IBM, Disney, Ericsson, Prada and EMI Music

Previously, Frank was the Corporate Controller for USA Classic which held licensee agreements with Nautica, Danskin and Everlast to manufacture and distribute outerwear across the U.S. to major retailers

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a major in Finance from Brooklyn College, CUNY

David Brown

Senior Vice President & General Manager

David joined Meredith Integrated Marketing in May, 2005. He brings extensive experience in leading direct and interactive marketing for a wide variety of clients. He assumed operational responsibility for core MIM business and oversees MIM's large-scale accounts and marketing/sales efforts, including clients such as American Suzuki, Dex, Nestlé, Gerber, Chrysler, and Mitsubishi.

Before joining Meredith, David was Director of Direct & Digital Marketing at Colby & Partners/Dentsu in Los Angeles. He also served as CEO of Highway One/Publiciss, a full service brand, direct and interactive agency. David spent most of his career at OgilvyOne, where he spent 12 years, ultimately as head of office in Chicago and Los Angeles.

David graduated from Durham University in the UK, with a BA Honors in Politics.

Keith Sedlak

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Keith is responsible for Business Development and Marketing across the agency network. Keith joined Meredith in October 2003 and for the past 6+ years has been involved in just about all the new business opportunities that have presented themselves. The past 6 years at Meredith Integrated Marketing has enabled Keith to earn a tremendous amount of experience across multiple industries including insurance, automotive, packaged goods, real estate, finance and many more as well as develop a critical understanding of the value of CRM across media channels.

Prior to joining Meredith, Keith spent several years in advertising sales for the Wall Street Journal, where he was responsible for managing the mid-Atlantic sales territory across multiple categories and later leading the advertising sales efforts for Special Reports as the Global Sales Manager.

In addition to his extensive traditional media sales experience, he also spent over four years managing the digital sales efforts for AltaVista and then Terra Lycos as the Eastern Sales Manager. At Terra Lycos Keith spent two years as the Director of Corporate Development, uncovering new business opportunities and organizing partner relationships to deliver on new revenue streams for the online media company.

Keith is an active Board Member of the Custom Content Council and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Ramapo State College.

Linda Willis

Strategic Planning Director

Linda Willis has 23 years direct and CRM marketing experience including 20+ years in the packaged goods arena, and both b-to-b and b-to-c expertise. She has helped lead both single and multi-brand marketing initiatives for Unilever, AT&T, Microsoft, Kraft, Nestlé and other notable companies. She also helped manage the AT&T Broadband program in the months leading up to the acquisition by Cingular.

Linda's career started at Wunderman, Young & Rubicam, where she worked on classic direct marketing accounts. She then spent over 10 years at Ogilvy One, working in multiple offices in several countries serving packaged goods, services and hi-tech clients. She then joined Ryan Partnership, where she ran the Kraft and Unilever accounts (among others) integrating direct, interactive and promotion.

Linda is a graduate from Barnard College, Columbia University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She attended New York University School of Business.

Tony Platt

Executive Creative Director

Tony joined Meredith in July 2005 from Grey Direct/West, where he oversaw the agency's broadcast, print, direct mail and online creative for such clients as AT&T Broadband, AAA, GE/CareCredit, Princess Cruise Lines and Cunard. Over the years Tony has held ECD positions at such well-known agencies as Wunderman Worldwide/Europe, Arnold, Digitas and the Martin Agency. If you have ever bought insurance from GEICO, signed on for an American Express Platinum card, ordered a Domino's pizza, longed for a Volkswagen Beetle or made a donation to World Wildlife, then you've likely had a glimpse at his work.

Don Johnson

Editor-in-Chief

Don oversees the Meredith Integrated Marketing creative staff. His 30+ years in the industry include experience in advertising and direct marketing, as well as extensive editorial experience launching, executing and directing multiple custom publications and marketing communication programs. Don has had creative oversight of programs in categories ranging from fashion and furnishings to travel, automotive, finance, health care and more. He ensures his team of 35 editors and designers interprets clients' marketing objectives to create award-winning programs with measurable results. Don graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in English.

Walter Schild

Founder and CEO, Genex

Walter Schild has been in the business of interactive marketing since the industry's virtual inception and is well versed in the trends and technological developments that are making interactive methods of marketing communication increasingly more relevant to both clients and consumers. Schild founded Genex in 1995 to help large organizations more effectively and efficiently maximize online business opportunities. As founder and CEO of Genex, Schild has built the agency based on the idea that Internet-based solutions can decisively enhance communication between businesses and their customers

Before founding Genex, Schild spent three years as Chief Technology Officer of Alan Lithograph (now Insync.Media). Prior to that, he was a successful advertising consultant, with clients that included the Los Angeles Times and Quiksilver.

Jack Wolf

CEO, Directive

Jack Wolf is the CEO of Directive Corporation. He oversees the leadership and general management of the direct and interactive marketing strategy services company. Prior to joining Directive in 2004, Jack was President and CEO of Explore! Creative Learning Centers, Inc., a supplemental education and cultural enrichment company. Prior to that, Jack was the President and CEO of Targetbase—a leading CRM advertising agency and analytical firm-for 15 years. He led a team of more than 200 professionals in developing long-term business relationships with Blue-Chip Fortune 100 companies such as Southwest Airlines, Pizza Hut, and Procter & Gamble. Jack started his career as an account executive and then later a branch manager for M/A/R/C Research.

Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Texas Tech University.

Pete Snyder

Founder and CEO, New Media Strategies, Inc.

Pete is the founder and CEO of New Media Strategies, the industry pioneer and market leader in online intelligence and word-of-mouth marketing, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia.

Drawing on his background as a nationally known pollster and a media consultant, Pete founded New Media Strategies in 1999, and in doing so created an entirely new industry in online intelligence and word-of-mouth marketing.

A former political media consultant and a pollster to New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Pete regularly appears as a commentator on Fox News and has also served as a marketing and political expert on CNBC and CBS.

Pete received a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Pete and his wife, Burson, reside in McLean, Virginia.

Lisa Stern

Founder and CEO, Big Communications

Following her graduation from the University of Michigan, Lisa pursued studies at several notable institutions, including theatrical work at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and at UCLA as well as French language and literature studies at L'Alliance Française in Paris. Subsequent to her educational pursuits, Lisa toured the US with the comedy troupe Just Kidding, serving the company as a performer, writer, and director. In 1992, her interest in the entertainment and production fields led Lisa to accept a position as president and chief operating officer for Corporate Video Services (CVS), a full-service production and post-production company. Her success at CVS attracted the attention of Showcase Entertainment in Los Angeles, who recruited Lisa in 1993 to direct their Acquisitions department; in this capacity Lisa negotiated film rights and brokered distribution deals with international markets. Lisa returned to Detroit and founded Big in 1994, assembling a world-class creative and production team to meet the demands of the sophisticated high-tech marketplace. Since engineering Big's transition to serving the pharmaceutical industry in 2001, Lisa has helmed the company with a client roster that includes Allergan, Amgen, Merck, Novartis, Takeda and Bayer.

Brad Oleshansky

President, Big Communications

Brad Oleshansky is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in the marketing and promotions industry. Brad started his career at the Beverly Hills, CA law firm of Lowy & Zucker, representing clients in the entertainment, licensing, and marketing industries. He then spent a combined eight years in an executive capacity at both Equity Marketing and Simon Marketing, two of the world's leading promotional marketing companies, representing clients such as McDonald's, Burger King, Toys "R" Us, Safeway, Old Navy, Hallmark and many more. He also spent two years as Vice President of Business Affairs at Game Show Network (a Sony Pictures Entertainment company) where he was responsible for structuring all business relationships and developing ancillary revenue opportunities. Brad has been the President of Big Communications since 2004. In this role, Brad oversees business development and the day-to-day operation of the company. Additionally, Brad is responsible for strategic planning, partnerships/alliances and new product development. He is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars.

Derek Handley

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, The Hyperfactory

In 2001, Derek founded mobile marketing and media company The Hyperfactory, with his brother Geoffrey Handley. Now based between New York and Auckland, Derek is responsible for The Hyperfactory's global strategic growth and creative direction.

In 2006, Derek was named one of the "40 Most Influential People" in New Zealand Telecommunications; in 2007, he was nominated as Bayer New Zealand and the National Business Review "Top 60 Innovators 2007" and won the PwC Young Leader of the Year. In 2009 Derek was named the Ernst Young "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" for New Zealand. He has been widely quoted and featured in AdWeek, Wall Street Journal, AdAge, Contagious Magazine, on the future of digital and mobile media and been a featured speaker at OMMA, Ad-Tech, the Global Mobile Marketing Association, Mobile Entertainment Forum, IAB, CTIA and many other leading events.

When not talking mobile or media, Derek spends time thinking about being an astronaut, plays a lot of poker and tries to play polo.
